Please include dates, times, type of event you are hosting, seating capacity, venue and any specific requests in the invitation. If there is any flexibility with your dates, please include that information as well in the event that your first choice is not available.
All responses to Letters of Invitation will be handled by phone, fax or email within 14 business days of receipt.
